All items shipped by TenDollarStore undergo strict Quality Control inspection. As a B2B wholesale platform, returns and refunds are primarily accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Non-defective returns such as overstock or change of mind are not accepted. Please review the detailed terms below.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not working, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation by our Support Team:
Return shipping costs for DOA cases will be covered by TenDollarStore.
Note: Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the defective item and packaging for RMA authorization.
If a product develops a verified quality issue within 30 days of delivery, you may apply for a refund or replacement. Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.
Returns due to change of mind, overstock, or normal price fluctuations are not accepted in B2B wholesale orders.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the fault lies with us.
For most items, if verified defective within 45 days of delivery, you may request a refund or exchange. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this policy unless agreed in advance.
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, most electronics and durable goods include a 12-month repair warranty covering manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse, while TenDollarStore covers reshipment of repaired or replaced items.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, modifications, or natural wear and tear.
All returns require RMA authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not refunded.
