Warranty and Return

General Policy

All items shipped by TenDollarStore undergo strict Quality Control inspection. As a B2B wholesale platform, returns and refunds are primarily accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Non-defective returns such as overstock or change of mind are not accepted. Please review the detailed terms below.

7-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not working, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation by our Support Team:

  • A replacement shipment will be arranged at no extra cost, OR
  • You may request a full refund.

Return shipping costs for DOA cases will be covered by TenDollarStore.

Note: Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the defective item and packaging for RMA authorization.

30-Day Quality Issue Return Policy

If a product develops a verified quality issue within 30 days of delivery, you may apply for a refund or replacement. Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.

Returns due to change of mind, overstock, or normal price fluctuations are not accepted in B2B wholesale orders.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the fault lies with us.

45-Day Money Back Guarantee

For most items, if verified defective within 45 days of delivery, you may request a refund or exchange. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this policy unless agreed in advance.

One-Year Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, most electronics and durable goods include a 12-month repair warranty covering manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse, while TenDollarStore covers reshipment of repaired or replaced items.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, modifications, or natural wear and tear.

Warranty Exemptions and Notes

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications void warranty.
  • Firmware flashing, opening the device casing, or using products outside intended purpose voids warranty.
  • Customized/OEM orders, clearance, and bulk wholesale orders are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

All returns require RMA authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not refunded.

Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If items are missing, incorrect, or damaged, notify us within 7 days. Provide order details and photos of packaging/shipping labels. Solutions include:

  • Reshipment of missing items.
  • Refund or replacement of incorrect items (with return shipping covered by TenDollarStore if required).

Special Product Warranties

  • Apparel, shoes, jewelry, home textiles: Returns accepted within 30 days only if items are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Not applicable for hygiene-sensitive categories (swimwear, lingerie, earrings).
  • RC toys, scooters, wheels: Covered only by 7-Day DOA Guarantee. Wear-and-tear from usage is excluded.
  • Spare parts and accessories: Not returnable. If faulty/missing upon delivery, notify within 3 days for resolution.
  • Promotional or free giveaway items: Exempt from warranty and return policy.

How to Request Warranty or Return

  1. Contact our Support Center (support@tendollarstore.com) with order number and SKU.
  2. Provide a clear description of the issue, including steps already taken.
  3. Attach photos or videos of defects/damage (good lighting, close-medium distance).
  4. Wait for RMA authorization before returning goods.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • DOA / wrong item / damaged on arrival: Return shipping covered by TenDollarStore.
  • Quality issues (within 30 days): Return shipping usually borne by customer unless confirmed manufacturer defect.
  • Other cases (misuse, non-defective returns): Return not accepted, or costs borne fully by customer.

Refund and Processing Time

Refunds and replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Refund arrival depends on your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, credit card).

Lifetime Technical Support

TenDollarStore provides lifetime technical support for all purchased products. Even outside warranty, our team can assist with troubleshooting and sourcing spare parts (where available).
