We deliver to most countries worldwide with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. This means customs clearance, duties, and taxes are fully included — no hidden fees. Packages are shipped directly to your door by our trusted logistics partners.
Exceptions: At present, we are unable to ship to South Sudan and Palestine.
All shipping times are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur due to force majeure, public holidays, or other factors outside our control, but we always work to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
All shipping costs are included in our DDP service. The price you see at checkout is the final price — taxes, customs clearance, and delivery to your door are already included. There are no hidden charges.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. In rare cases, depending on stock availability, processing may take 3–5 business days. For orders with multiple items, the processing time is based on the item with the longest lead time.
