Order Preparation and Transit Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some custom orders or orders requiring extra processing take 1–3 business days. Transit time starts after dispatch and does not include this preparation period. Total delivery time is the order preparation time plus the transit time for the selected shipping method. Custom production or sourcing lead times are confirmed separately before you proceed.

International Air Parcel: Retail and Stock Samples

International Air Parcel is the shipping method for single-unit retail and stock-sample orders. Delivery is available to supported destinations worldwide, normally taking 7-10 business days after dispatch, with a maximum transit time of 15 business days. Preparation time is separate from these transit estimates; see the order preparation details above.

Air Express: Small Wholesale

Air Express via DHL, FedEx or UPS is available for small wholesale orders to supported destinations worldwide. Transit normally takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, with a maximum transit time of 7 business days. Preparation time is separate from these transit estimates; see the order preparation details above. The available carrier and service are confirmed for your order and destination.

Expedited Sea + Courier: Matson + UPS/FedEx

Expedited Sea + Courier combines ocean transport from China with final delivery by UPS or FedEx on supported routes. Your goods travel by sea on a Matson service, clear customs at the destination, and continue to your address through the selected courier network. The onward journey may use ground or air transport, depending on the route.

Transit normally takes 18-25 business days after dispatch, or 25-35 business days during peak periods. These transit times do not include order preparation before dispatch. Route availability and any peak-period schedule are confirmed for your shipment.

Door-to-Door Delivery and Other Arrangements

Our three standard shipping methods provide door-to-door delivery. Delivery to a destination port or another agreed location can also be arranged on request. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the route, delivery point, included charges and responsibilities in your quote.

For an order agreed on DDP terms, we arrange import clearance and payment of the applicable import duties and taxes to the agreed delivery point. The quoted total should specify the charges included in that order.

Retail and Wholesale Shipping Charges

Retail prices include international air-parcel shipping and import duties. Wholesale prices are product-only prices and exclude shipping and import duties, which are calculated and added at checkout before payment. Compare the final order totals rather than the displayed product prices alone.

Tracking, Delays and Delivery Issues

We provide tracking information after dispatch. Tracking events may not appear immediately at every stage of the journey. If tracking appears incorrect or delivery is overdue against your confirmed shipping schedule, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the logistics provider. Tracking updates do not restart the transit-time calculation.

For exceptional delays where a shipment is overdue but still in transit, we will discuss the situation with you and provide a USD 10-20 discount coupon as agreed. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will discuss the case with you and arrange reshipment or a refund according to your choice. Our support team will contact you by email about shipping issues and the next steps.

Please report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. You may choose reshipment or a refund, and we will cover the related shipping costs.

A discount coupon does not replace any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. The arrival-issue reporting period does not limit your product-quality warranty or any rights provided by applicable law.

Exceptions: At present, we are unable to ship to South Sudan and Palestine.
