Ordering, Samples & Wholesale MOQ

TenDollarStore offers single-unit retail purchases, stock samples, small order wholesale and bulk purchasing for dollar stores, convenience shops, independent retailers and online resellers. Choose the purchase option that suits your quantity, or contact us for a quote.

Buy One Unit or Order a Sample

You can buy one unit through the retail option for personal use or as a stock sample before placing a wholesale order. A stock sample is the standard product as listed. Custom samples, logo printing, packaging changes and product development are quoted separately.

If you buy a single retail unit as a stock sample, contact us when placing a subsequent small wholesale order to have the sample cost credited toward that order. The sample credit includes the product cost, original shipping charges and import duties paid for that sample purchase. Please provide your sample order number so our team can arrange the credit.

Buying Two to Ten Units

For two to ten units, you can order directly using the retail price option or contact us for a quote based on your quantities.

The retail price terms still apply when you buy two to ten units through the retail option. Requesting a quote does not automatically apply the listed wholesale price; the agreed quote confirms your quantity, shipping arrangement and included charges.

Retail and Wholesale Prices

Retail prices include international air-parcel shipping and import duties. Wholesale prices are product-only prices and exclude shipping and import duties, which are calculated and added at checkout before payment. Compare the final order totals rather than the displayed product prices alone.

Understanding Wholesale MOQs

Wholesale minimum order quantities vary by product. Some follow the factory carton quantity; others are based on an economical shipment size for the relevant shipping route. Check the MOQ shown on the selected product page before ordering through its wholesale option.

For example, a product packed in cartons of 60 units may have a wholesale MOQ of 60 units. On a route with a 23 kg discounted-rate threshold, 230 products weighing 0.1 kg each total 23 kg before extra packing. These are illustrations, not universal carrier minimums. Packed weight, dimensions, destination and service affect the freight calculation.

You can combine available colors of the same product to meet the MOQ shown on that product page.

Need more than 10 units of a product, but less than the MOQ shown on its product page? Contact our support team for a quote based on your requested quantity. The listed wholesale price does not automatically apply below the MOQ.

Mix Different Products and Colors

We welcome mixed-order inquiries. Send us the different products, colors and quantities you need, and our support team will prepare a quote based on your requirements. The quote will confirm the ordering and shipping arrangements for your selection; each product page's listed MOQ still applies to direct purchases through its wholesale option.

Request a Quote

Send the product links or SKUs, color choices, quantities, delivery country and postal code, and any required arrival date. Include any customization or packaging requirements. For a sample credit, include the relevant sample order number.

Preparation and Shipping

Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some custom orders or orders requiring extra processing take 1–3 business days. Transit time starts after dispatch and does not include this preparation period. Custom production or sourcing lead times are confirmed separately before you proceed.
