Customers can cancel their order at any time prior to shipping by contacting our Support Center. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.
All shipping provided by tendollarstore.com is on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — customs clearance, duties, and taxes are included. There are no hidden charges. Our logistics partners handle tax, customs, and door-to-door delivery.
