Products and Customization

Tell us what you are looking for, or send a product link or reference image. Depending on the product, we can arrange logos, names, colors, private label packaging, gift boxes or coordinated sets. Customization options, MOQ, sample costs and production lead times are confirmed in your project quote.

Samples and Order Quantities

Where a retail option is available, you can buy one in-stock unit to evaluate the product. The retail price includes shipping and import duties. If the purchase is for sampling, contact us about crediting the sample purchase toward a subsequent small wholesale order. The credit includes the original sample product cost, shipping and import duties and is arranged through our support team.

For 2-10 units, you can order at the retail price or request a quote. If you need more than 10 units of a product but fewer than its listed wholesale MOQ, contact us for quantity-based pricing. Colors of the same product can be combined to meet its MOQ. Mixed-product and mixed-color selections can be quoted separately.

Custom-made samples and production orders are quoted by project; they do not automatically follow the MOQ or preparation time of standard in-stock items.

Packaging and Labels

Packaging materials are generally provided free for orders of more than 500 units. Packaging setup or prototyping fees are generally waived for orders of more than 1,000 units. The final arrangement depends on the packaging design, complexity and order requirements and will be confirmed in your quote.

We print and apply customer-supplied barcode and platform labels free of charge and can also help prepare label files. Please provide the relevant artwork, label specifications and any platform requirements for your order.

Production and Delivery

Custom production lead times and delivery schedules are agreed as part of your project quote. Tell us your event date before ordering so we can assess the available options. Standard in-stock preparation times do not apply automatically to custom production.

Depending on your order and destination, delivery options may include International Air Parcel for retail purchases, international air express for wholesale orders, or expedited ocean-and-courier delivery on supported routes. Standard services are DDP door-to-door; other arrangements can be quoted on request. Your quote will identify the shipping arrangement and included charges.
