OEM/ODM Customization

OEM/ODM minimum quantities, pricing and lead times are confirmed for each project based on the product, quantity and production requirements. Share your product reference, artwork, packaging specifications and target delivery date so we can prepare a suitable quote. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some custom orders or orders requiring extra processing take 1–3 business days. Custom production lead times are confirmed separately.

Private-Label Packaging

Packaging materials are generally provided free of charge for quantities of more than 500 units. Packaging setup and prototyping fees can generally be waived for quantities of more than 1,000 units. Final packaging terms depend on the quantity and complexity of the project and are confirmed in your quote.

Tell us the packaging type, artwork and quantities you need. We confirm the applicable materials, setup work and any project-specific charges before proceeding.

Free Barcode and Platform Labeling

We print and apply barcode and platform labels free of charge. Send us your barcode or label files; assistance with preparing label files is also free. Include your product-label and outer-carton-label requirements so we can confirm the files and placement before the work begins.

USA & China Sourcing

We support product sourcing in the USA and China. For projects in China, we help identify suitable products and suppliers, arrange and check samples, and coordinate purchasing requirements with suppliers. Send product links, images or specifications, target quantities, your budget and the intended market so we can assess the request.

Sourcing-agent fees are negotiated for each project. Our sourcing support includes purchasing, sample checks and warehousing, with warehousing provided free of charge. Your quote confirms the purchasing and sample-checking work included, along with the project schedule.

Sample Checks and Factory Inspections

Sample checks, spot checks, individual-item inspections and on-site factory inspections are available. Inspection fees are negotiated according to the work required, the actual circumstances and the factory location. The inspection scope, any reports or photos required, and any sample-checking work already included in your sourcing project are confirmed in the quote.

Complimentary Order Services

Product photography, warehousing, repacking and delivery to your designated freight forwarder in China are normally provided free of charge after you place an order. Special requirements and any related charges are discussed and agreed separately. We confirm the photography, storage and handover arrangements for your order.

Authorized Product Images and Videos

Customers who purchase the relevant products may use the specified authorized images and videos, including authorized supplier materials, in Amazon, TikTok, eBay and their own store listings and related advertising. Cropping, translation and adding your branding are allowed without misrepresenting the product. Check our Intellectual Property Policy for the scope; permission does not cover every asset on the website.

Samples Before Wholesale

You can buy a single retail unit as a stock sample before placing a small wholesale order. Contact us when placing the subsequent small wholesale order to arrange a sample credit. The sample credit includes the product cost, original shipping charges and import duties paid for that sample purchase. Custom samples for product development or packaging projects are quoted separately.
