Product Images and Videos for Customers

Customers who have purchased products from TenDollarStore may use the product images and videos that we supply or identify as authorized for those products in product listings and related advertising on Amazon, TikTok, eBay and their own online stores.

You may crop or translate these materials and add your own branding, provided that the result accurately represents the product and does not imply an unauthorized certification or endorsement. This permission covers our own materials and supplier materials for which we have permission to authorize that use.

This permission is for promoting and selling the relevant purchased products. It does not grant a general license to every asset on this website or separate rights to third-party trademarks, designs, music or other protected elements outside the authorization provided. Selling the media files themselves or licensing them to others for unrelated uses requires separate written permission. Contact support if you are unsure which files are authorized.

Customer Artwork, Barcodes and Labels

If you provide logos, artwork, barcodes, label files or other materials for a custom order, you must have the rights and permissions needed for the agreed use. We may ask for supporting information. Assistance with preparing, printing or applying files does not itself confirm trademark ownership, barcode validity, product certification or acceptance by a sales platform.
