Most products require 60–100 units, depending on weight. For express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS), any shipment between 1–25KG is billed at the 25KG rate (official carrier rule). That’s why we set 25KG total shipment weight as the baseline, to help customers unlock the best express rates.

Freight is weight-based. Hitting 25KG lets us secure the lowest express rates, reducing your landed cost.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. For air express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): shipments 1–25KG are charged as 25KG (carrier rule). Above 25KG, charges are based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher). This ensures you always get the lowest possible express discount rates.

Note: During October–December peak season, customs clearance and port congestion may extend sea+UPS/FedEx to 25–35 days.

Yes. All orders include a tracking number from our logistics partners.

Yes. All prices (product + shipping) are final tax-inclusive prices (DDP). We handle customs clearance and duties. Orders are delivered door-to-door, no hidden fees.
