- 12-Month Warranty: All retail, wholesale and custom products are covered by a 12-month warranty for quality-related repairs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty repairs. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Returns: Contact us before returning any item. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
- Lifetime technical support: We provide usage guidance, troubleshooting and help finding replacement parts. This does not include free lifetime repairs or replacement parts.

Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Some custom orders or orders requiring extra processing take 1–3 business days. Transit times begin after dispatch.
- Retail & stock samples — International Air Parcel: Usually 7–10 business days, up to 15 business days.
- Wholesale — Air Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Usually 3–5 business days, up to 7 business days.
- Expedited Ocean (Matson + UPS/FedEx): Usually 18–25 business days, or 25–35 business days during peak season, on supported routes.

5. Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Buy one unit through the retail option to check the standard product. When placing a subsequent small wholesale order, send us your sample order number—we’ll credit its product cost, original shipping charges and import duties toward that order.
