The CA20 converts a compatible vehicle’s existing wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto connection to wireless operation. The compact Black USB adapter pairs with a supported phone while retaining the vehicle’s compatible original controls. It requires an existing supported wired system.
- Wired-to-wireless conversion: Designed for compatible vehicles that already support wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto. It does not add either platform to a vehicle without the required original capability.
- Two phone-platform options: Use CarPlay with a compatible iPhone, or Android Auto with a supported Android phone and vehicle system. Confirm the specific vehicle, head unit and phone before purchase.
- USB plug-in setup: Connect the adapter to the vehicle’s data-capable USB port, then follow the pairing instructions. The supplier images list Bluetooth 5.4 and wireless Wi-Fi communication.
- Automatic reconnection: After successful initial pairing, the adapter is designed to reconnect on later drives. Compatible original touch-screen, steering-wheel and rotary controls remain available through the vehicle system.
