The MEMO DL23 combines a thermoelectric cooling plate with a fan and rechargeable battery for compatible smartphones. It suits mobile-gaming and live-streaming accessory assortments.
- Active phone cooling: A thermoelectric plate transfers heat from the phone while the fan exhausts it through the housing. Cooling results depend on the phone, power supply, contact and surrounding temperature.
- Battery operation: Built-in 2000 mAh battery, illuminated fan and digital display. Battery runtime depends on operating mode, power demand and environment.
- Phone attachment: Spring clips attach to compatible phones; threaded mounting points support the supplied stand adapters. A stand and phone are not included.
- Power connection: USB-C connection. 5 V / 3 A. This accessory does not charge the phone.
- Retail and wholesale supply: One selected cooler set per unit. Wholesale minimum 80 units, with no carton-multiple requirement.

- Damaged, missing or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. You may choose a replacement or refund; we cover the related shipping costs.
- 12-Month Warranty: All retail, wholesale and custom products are covered by a 12-month warranty for quality-related repairs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty repairs. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Returns: Contact us before returning any item. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
- Lifetime technical support: We provide usage guidance, troubleshooting and help finding replacement parts. This does not include free lifetime repairs or replacement parts.

Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Some custom orders or orders requiring extra processing take 1–3 business days. Transit times begin after dispatch.
- Retail & stock samples — International Air Parcel: Usually 7–10 business days, up to 15 business days.
- Wholesale — Air Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Usually 3–5 business days, up to 7 business days.
- Expedited Ocean (Matson + UPS/FedEx): Usually 18–25 business days, or 25–35 business days during peak season, on supported routes.
These services deliver door-to-door to supported destinations.

5. Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Buy one unit through the retail option to check the standard product. When placing a subsequent small wholesale order, send us your sample order number—we’ll credit its product cost, original shipping charges and import duties toward that order.
